Unopened Items returned within 30 days of receipt: 

Unopened and undamaged products can be returned to Ink Genie at the buyer's expense within 30 days of the receipt date. Please send an email  to support@inkgenie.com to initiate the Return Request and include the following information:  Name, Order #, Reason for Return. 

A reply email with return approval will be sent within 2 business days and will include return instructions.

Unopened items returned after 30 days of receipt:

If the item(s) is returned after the 30 days return policy expires and in the same condition as it was shipped a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.  Expired ink cartridges can not be returned.

Items returned different than how they were received:

If the item is returned materially different from how it was sold, the item will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as the item can not be sold in its original form. 

Defective item return:

To open a return or replacement request for a defective item, please have a copy of your Supplies Status Page, generated from your printer, as well as pictures of the damaged item and/or printing error. This information is needed to assess an item for defects or damage. Upon approval by Ink Genie a shipping label will be forwarded to your email address on file to return.  Please keep all original packaging in case the item needs to be returned.

Ink Genie's outstanding return policy covers defects for the life of the print cartridge. All ink cartridges must be returned with the original box and all dates on ink cartridge must match our shipping records for a refund.

When returning your item, please allow for shipping time, warehouse processing, and returns processing. We will inspect your return and process your refund within five business days of delivery in most cases. Please reach out if you have not heard back from us within this time.

The value of any promotional gift card that was issued for a returned order will be deducted from the final refund.
