We have sold on various ecommerce platforms and decided to launch our own site to help our customers receive the biggest savings on the products they need. Ink Genie does not sell any remanufactured or refilled ink or toner cartridges. All cartridges sold by Ink Genie are 100% Genuine
Ink Genie offers three different types of box conditions. The first box condition is one that would be found on a retail shelf but is still sold at a discount to manufacturers retail prices. A blemished box may have rips, tears, dents or has been previously opened for inspection but the cartridges themselves are still brand new inside. These cartridges sell at a 10% discount off our already low prices (*when available). A no box toner cartridge will be shipped without the original manufacturers box but is still brand- new. These boxes did not meet our blemish box criteria, but the toner cartridges are perfect. These are sold at a 20% discount to a new box (*when available). We recommend buying one of these box conditions if they are available for maximum savings off our already discounted price, while still receiving the genuine cartridges you are in need of.
The discount code should be sent to the email address that was provided. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder or the spelling of your email address.
We only sell ink cartridges that have at least 6 months left before expiring, but for the most part, our cartridges have over one year remaining on the expiration date. This is just the minimum that we would offer to an Ink Genie customer and this occurs very infrequently.
The date on a toner box represents when that toner was manufactured. Toner cartridges do not have expiration dates.

Click on Register under the account tab. Fill in the required information and then click submit to finish your account registration.
We accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept PayPal for online orders. Look for the PayPal button at checkout.
99% of orders placed before 5 PM will be shipped the same business day.
For any customer that is tax exempt please email us your tax exemption certificate to email@example.com. You will also need to create an account so we can mark your exemption status on your account after we have received and verified your information.
An order summary will be emailed to you after your order has been placed. If you do not see an email from us, please check your spam folder.
If you have forgotten your password, you may go to the account page and click on “Forgot the password?”. Once you do this it will prompt you to another window which will ask for your email address where you’re a link to reset your password will be sent.
Once your order ships, we will send you a “Shipment Notification” via email. This notice will include the tracking number and the link of the carrier’s website. You may also track your package by logging into our website inkgenie.com, all previous order information is available immediately when you log in to your account.
Most inks and small toner cartridges are shipped via Standard USPS (2-8 business days) and some of the larger toner cartridges as well as the toner sets are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS (1-4 Business Days).
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders that are shipped within the continental United States.
