All products sold by Ink Genie are covered by Ink Genie’s warranty and do not come with the original manufacturers’ warranties.

We are also unique in that we offer different  levels of discounted pricing based on either the box condition or the manufacturer’s warranty date (The Perfect Imperfection). Only a perfect box can make it onto the retail shelf so once there is a ding, rip or dent in the box or if it’s open it can’t be sold. However, the ink or toner is still brand new inside. We source perfect boxes, blemished boxes, even cartridges with no box at all with different levels of savings.
