We offer Free Shipping for all orders. 

Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout.  Price is based on the products in your cart and the shipping address at the time of check-out.  Expedited Shipping delivery commitment is based on carriers' quotes.  All orders are based on Business Days - no weekend or holiday deliveries. 

NOTE: Ink Genie is not responsible for any unforeseen delays that shipping carriers may incur. 

Almost all orders placed by 5 PM EST M-F are shipped on the same business day from our New Jersey warehouse. Orders placed on the weekends or non-business days will be shipped the following business day, including expedited orders. 

All orders valued at $300 or more will require a signature at delivery.

Only a perfect box can make it onto the retail shelf so once there is a ding, rip or dent in the box or if it’s open it can’t be sold. However, the toner is still brand new inside. We source perfect boxes, blemished boxes, and even ink and toner with no box at all and offer different levels of savings based on the box condition. At the end of the day, what is most important is that the toner works as expected and the customer is satisfied.
